Beverly MFG. CO., INC. is fully committed to compliance with the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, 1999 (CEPA), including all applicable regulations, guidelines, and amendments designed to protect human health and the environment in Canada.
Scope of Certification
This certificate applies specifically to all Inductors, Transformers, Coils, and other electrical components manufactured and supplied by Beverly MFG. CO., INC. that are intended for distribution in Canada.
Declaration
Based on comprehensive evaluations of supplier material declarations, safety data sheets (SDS), raw material documentation, and thorough assessments of our manufacturing processes, Beverly MFG. CO., INC. certifies that:
1. Products supplied do not intentionally contain substances prohibited or restricted under CEPA or its associated regulations, including but not limited to substances listed on Canada’s List of Toxic Substances or the Prohibition of Certain Toxic Substances Regulations.
2. All chemical substances used in the manufacture of our products that are subject to the New Substances Notification Regulations (NSNR) under CEPA are either listed on the Domestic Substances List (DSL) or are exempt under applicable provisions.
3. Beverly MFG. CO., INC. fulfills applicable obligations under CEPA, including recordkeeping, reporting, and notification requirements, to ensure products meet Canadian environmental regulatory standards.
Transparency and Supply Chain Monitoring
Beverly MFG. CO., INC. requires suppliers to provide accurate material declarations and conducts regular reviews of supplier information to verify compliance with CEPA requirements. Our proactive supply chain management supports continued adherence to Canadian environmental regulations.
