Beverly MFG. CO., INC. is fully committed to compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including California Proposition 65, officially known as the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986.

Based on information provided by our suppliers and our current understanding of our manufacturing processes, the products supplied by Beverly MFG. CO., INC. are not intentionally manufactured with chemicals identified by the State of California as causing cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm at concentrations that would require a warning under Proposition 65.

We proactively monitor updates to the Proposition 65 list of chemicals and assess our products and supply chain to support ongoing compliance. However, Beverly MFG. CO., INC. relies on information received from suppliers, which may at times be incomplete or inaccurate. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the absence of Proposition 65-listed chemicals in all supplied materials.

Should we become aware that any of our products contain Proposition 65-listed chemicals above Safe Harbor Levels, we will provide clear and appropriate warnings as required by law.
