Chemical Substances Control Law

Beverly MFG. CO., INC. is fully committed to compliance with all applicable chemical regulations, including Japan’s Chemical Substances Control Law (CSCL), also known as the “Kashinhou,” which regulates the manufacture, import, and use of chemical substances in Japan to protect human health and the environment.

Scope of Certification

This certificate applies specifically to all Inductors, Transformers, Coils, and other electrical components manufactured and supplied by Beverly MFG. CO., INC. that may be placed on the Japanese market.

Declaration

Based on comprehensive reviews of supplier declarations, safety data sheets (SDS), raw material documentation, and our own manufacturing processes, Beverly MFG. CO., INC. certifies that:

1. No Class I Specified Chemical Substances or other prohibited or highly restricted substances under Japan’s CSCL are intentionally used, introduced, or present above regulated thresholds in the manufacturing of our products.

2. All products supplied to Japan comply with CSCL requirements, including obligations for notification, recordkeeping, and evaluation of new or existing chemical substances.

3. Any chemical substances contained in our products are either listed on Japan’s Existing and New Chemical Substances Inventory (ENCS) or otherwise exempt from notification under CSCL guidelines.

Transparency and Supply Chain Management

Beverly MFG. CO., INC. maintains active monitoring of supplier material declarations and requires suppliers to provide accurate information regarding CSCL compliance. We conduct ongoing reviews of our supply chain to ensure products remain in compliance with evolving CSCL regulations.

Continuous Improvement and Future Commitment

Recognizing that CSCL regulations and enforcement policies continue to evolve, Beverly MFG. CO., INC. commits to monitoring regulatory updates and taking immediate corrective actions, including informing affected stakeholders, should new information indicate noncompliance.

Supplier-provided information may at times be incomplete or inaccurate; therefore, we cannot guarantee the absolute absence of CSCL-regulated substances beyond our reasonable control. Should new information arise, Beverly MFG. CO., INC. will promptly notify affected stakeholders and implement appropriate measures.
