Our commitment to precision is demonstrated through 100% electronic testing, including Hi-Pot (DC & AC), turns ratio, inductance, resistance, capacitance, phasing, and dimensional verification. We utilize state-of-the-art equipment such as automatic encapsulation processors, AI tracking and scanning systems, and a full range of winding machines—from high-speed and heavy-duty coil and transformer winders (8AWG to 48AWG) to automated toroidal winding solutions (24AWG to 42AWG). Our facility also features RoHS3-compliant soldering stations, semi-automated terminating systems, continuity testers, and a wide variety of custom hand tools and crimping dies. Backed by a Just-In-Time delivery system and a deep commitment to quality, we ensure precision, reliability, and efficiency at every stage of production.
