JIG-101 Compliance Certificate

Beverly MFG. CO., INC. is fully committed to compliance with the Joint Industry Guide (JIG-101), “Material Composition Declaration for Electronic Products,” developed collaboratively by major electronics industry organizations to standardize and improve transparency in material composition reporting.

Scope of Certification

This certificate applies specifically to all Inductors, Transformers, Coils, and other electrical and electronic components manufactured and supplied by Beverly MFG. CO., INC.

Declaration

Based on comprehensive evaluations of supplier material declarations, safety data sheets (SDS), raw material documentation, and thorough assessments of our manufacturing processes, Beverly MFG. CO., INC. certifies that:

1. Products supplied do not intentionally contain JIG-101 Level A substances above regulated or reportable thresholds, including but not limited to lead (Pb), cadmium (Cd), mercury (Hg), hexavalent chromium (Cr⁶⁺), polybrominated biphenyls (PBB), polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDE), and other substances designated as Level A by the latest edition of JIG-101.

2. Beverly MFG. CO., INC. accurately declares any presence of JIG-101 reportable substances in accordance with customer requirements and applicable regional, national, or international regulations.

3. Our products are manufactured with careful attention to minimizing hazardous substances, supporting efforts for safer electronics and improved environmental stewardship.

Transparency and Supply Chain Management

Beverly MFG. CO., INC. maintains robust processes to collect, verify, and update material declarations from suppliers to ensure the accuracy of data related to JIG-101 substances. We require suppliers to provide explicit declarations of compliance and detailed information on the material composition of supplied materials.
