2. Are manufactured in compliance with all applicable TSCA regulations, including relevant reporting and recordkeeping requirements.

3. Contain only chemical substances that are either listed on the TSCA Chemical Substance Inventory or exempt from listing (e.g., impurities, byproducts, or non-isolated intermediates).

While Beverly MFG. CO., INC. makes every effort to ensure compliance, our certifications are based in part on information provided by suppliers, which may at times be incomplete or inaccurate. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the absolute absence of TSCA-regulated substances beyond our reasonable knowledge and control.

We certify that, to the best of our knowledge and information, our products meet all applicable TSCA requirements and are eligible for commercial distribution within the United States.
