Scope of Certification
This certificate applies specifically to all Inductors, Transformers, Coils, and other electrical components manufactured and supplied by Beverly MFG. CO., INC.
Declaration
Based on comprehensive reviews of supplier documentation, material declarations, and thorough assessments of our manufacturing processes, Beverly MFG. CO., INC. certifies that:
1. No POPs—including but not limited to polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs), certain brominated flame retardants (such as hexabromocyclododecane [HBCDD]), or other substances listed under the Stockholm Convention—are intentionally used, introduced, or present above regulated thresholds in any stage of our manufacturing processes.
2. All supplied products comply with applicable restrictions on the manufacture, use, and placement on the market of substances identified as POPs in the Stockholm Convention and corresponding regional or national legislation.
Transparency and Monitoring
Beverly MFG. CO., INC. maintains active monitoring of supplier declarations, safety data sheets (SDS), and evolving global POPs regulations. We require suppliers to provide explicit material declarations and commit to compliance with POPs-related laws.
