Scope of Certification:

This certificate applies specifically to all Inductors, Transformers, and Coils manufactured and supplied by Beverly MFG. CO., INC.

Declaration:

Based on comprehensive evaluations of supplier disclosures, safety data sheets (SDS), raw material documentation, and thorough assessments of our manufacturing processes, Beverly MFG. CO., INC. certifies that:

1. No PFAS substances, including but not limited to perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA), perfluorooctane sulfonic acid (PFOS), or other intentionally added per- or polyfluoroalkyl substances, are intentionally introduced at any stage of our manufacturing processes.

2. All supplied products (Inductors, Transformers, and Coils) are verified to be free from intentionally added PFAS and do not contain PFAS above detectable or regulated thresholds established by applicable state, federal, or international standards.

Transparency in Supply Chain and Manufacturing

Beverly MFG. CO., INC. conducts ongoing diligence by:

1. Regularly reviewing and maintaining detailed material declarations from suppliers, specifically targeting PFAS and other fluorinated substances.

2. Continuously assessing and auditing internal production methods to prevent unintentional PFAS contamination through manufacturing aids, lubricants, coatings, cleaning solvents, and adhesives.

3. Implementing a comprehensive supplier management program requiring explicit declarations on PFAS compliance and a commitment to regulatory adherence from all upstream suppliers.
