REACH 240 COMPLIANCE

Beverly MFG. CO., INC. requests information from our suppliers to ensure our compliance with Article 33 of the European REACH Regulation No 1907/2006 on the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation, and Restriction of Chemicals, which entered into force on June 1, 2007, and is continuously updated.

With the publication of the "Candidate List" (Article 59 REACH), Article 33(1) of the REACH Regulation obliges suppliers to inform recipients of the presence of Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC). As of June 14, 2023, 235 substances have been included in the "Candidate List."

SUBSTANCES OF VERY HIGH CONCERN (SVHC):

1. Carcinogenic, Mutagenic, or Toxic to Reproduction (CMR): Meeting the criteria for classification in Category 1A or 1B in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 (CLP Regulation).

2. Persistent, Bioaccumulative, and Toxic (PBT) or very Persistent and very Bioaccumulative (vPvB): According to the criteria in Annex XIII of the REACH Regulation.

3. Other Substances: Identified on a case-by-case basis from scientific evidence as causing probable serious effects to human health or the environment of an equivalent level of concern as those above (e.g., endocrine disruptors).

Based on available information and analytical data from our suppliers, none of the restricted chemicals are contained in any substance, chemical, part, or assembly supplied in Beverly MFG. CO., INC. products.
