MODERN SLAVERY STATEMENT
This statement is made pursuant to Section 54 of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and outlines the steps Beverly MFG CO., INC. has taken, and is continuing to take, to ensure that modern slavery and human trafficking are not taking place within our business or supply chain.
Modern slavery includes slavery, servitude, human trafficking, and forced labour. Beverly MFG CO., INC. maintains a zero-tolerance approach to any form of modern slavery. We are committed to acting with integrity and transparency in all business dealings and to implementing controls that safeguard against such practices within our operations and those of our suppliers.
Our Business
Beverly MFG CO., INC. is a U.S.-based manufacturer of custom RF transformers, inductors, coils and magnetic components serving commercial, aerospace, medical, and industrial markets. All of our design and assembly operations are conducted within the United States. We source components globally, including from North America, Europe, and Asia, and work with approximately 30 suppliers across various sectors including electronics, magnetics, and packaging.
Our High-Risk Areas
As a small business, our exposure to modern slavery is limited; however, we acknowledge that risks may exist in certain areas of our international supply chain, particularly where raw materials or electronic components are sourced from regions with less robust labor regulations. We mitigate these risks by conducting basic due diligence and prioritizing reputable, traceable suppliers.

Our Policies
We operate internal policies that reflect our commitment to ethical business practices:
1. Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy – Outlines our stance against modern slavery and the actions we expect from our employees and suppliers.
2. Supplier Code of Conduct – Communicates the ethical expectations we place on suppliers, including a commitment to fair labor practices.
3. Whistleblower Policy – Encourages reporting of unethical behavior or labor concerns without retaliation.
4. Recruitment Practices – While we currently operate with a small in-house team, we ensure compliance with U.S. employment law and do not use forced, bonded, or involuntary labor.
Our Suppliers
We maintain a small and controlled list of preferred suppliers. We conduct online research and require assurances (verbal or written) that suppliers are operating in compliance with applicable labor laws. Where practical, we favor U.S. and EU-based suppliers and encourage all suppliers to uphold high standards of labor ethics. Our terms and conditions include the right to terminate a business relationship should evidence of modern slavery emerge.
Suppliers are expected to:
1. Comply with all applicable labor laws, including minimum wage and working conditions.
2. Avoid the use of forced, bonded, or trafficked labor.
3. Hold their own suppliers to the same ethical standards.
Training
As a small, U.S.-based operation, we do not currently have a formal training program. However, senior staff involved in procurement are familiar with the risks of modern slavery and remain vigilant when selecting and working with suppliers. We periodically review risk areas as part of our supplier evaluation process.
Our Performance Indicators
We consider our practices effective if:
- No concerns or reports are raised internally or externally.
- No suppliers are identified as being involved in unethical labor practices.
