ROHS3 COMPLIANCE

Beverly MFG. CO., INC., a supplier of components that could be used in products targeted for RoHS compliance, recognizes our responsibility to assist you, our customer, in meeting your environmental policies and procedures.
RoHS3 Directive 2015/863/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of June 4th 2015 on the restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment. The objective is establishing restrictions on the use of hazardous substances in EEE (electrical and electronic equipment) for the purpose of contributing to the protection of human health and environment.

Hexavalent chromium (0, 1%)
Polybrominated biphenyls (PBB) (0, 1%)
Polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDE) (0, 1%)
Bis (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP) (0, 1%)
Butyl benzyl phthalate (BBP) (0, 1%)
Dibutyl phthalate (DBP) (0, 1%)
Diisobutyl phthalate (DIBP) (0, 1%)

Beverly MFG. CO., INC. collects material certifications for our raw materials.

In manufacture of our electronic components, Beverly MFG. CO., INC. machines products which contains lead as a percentage of weight above the 0.1% threshold but below the 4% lead by weight allowable under the exemption given in Annex III of the Directive 6(c) “Copper alloy containing up to 4% lead by weight.” These products otherwise do not contain RoHS restricted substances per the above definition. To this end, Beverly MFG. CO., INC. manufactures components in compliance with the RoHS3 Directive 2015/863/EU.

Beverly MFG. CO., INC. manufactures all other components from raw materials that do not contain banned or restricted substances, and therefore are in compliance with Directive 2015/863/EU.
