Beverly MFG. CO., INC. is fully committed to compliance with the European Union Directive 2012/19/EU on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE), as amended, and to supporting responsible recycling and environmental stewardship of electrical and electronic products.

Scope of Certification

This certificate applies specifically to all Inductors, Transformers, Coils, and other electrical components manufactured and supplied by Beverly MFG. CO., INC. that fall within the scope of WEEE obligations.

Declaration

Based on comprehensive evaluations of supplier documentation, material composition, and our own manufacturing processes, Beverly MFG. CO., INC. certifies that:

1. Products supplied are designed, as far as practicable, for dismantling, recovery, and environmentally sound disposal at the end of their life cycle, consistent with the objectives of the WEEE Directive.

2. All supplied products do not contain restricted hazardous substances at concentrations that would hinder compliance with applicable recycling and treatment requirements under the WEEE Directive.

3. Beverly MFG. CO., INC. fulfills applicable obligations under the WEEE Directive, including registration, recordkeeping, and reporting requirements, where required for products placed on EU markets.

Environmental Responsibility Commitment

CO., INC. supports the proper collection, treatment, recycling, and environmentally responsible disposal of waste electrical and electronic equipment in accordance with WEEE legislation, and encourages customers and end-users to follow all local regulations for the disposal of electronic products.
